Advisers up in arms - The difficulties in transferring assets off one platform to another (re-registration)

I'm thinking of launching a campaingn based around the wrap nma readers poll we did recently which dan is writing up this morning. (Advisers are up in arms over the difficulties in transferring assets off one platform to another, known as re-registration).

Thinking this could involve a petition. What's the best way to do this? In the mag - readers could fill in a form in the mag trouble is it takes up a lot of space.

Or online? how would we do this? Do e-petitions need signatures?
